Dr. Amy (Stumpf) Felchle graduated valedictorian from Harvey High School in 2002. She went on to Bismarck State College where she played volleyball, sang in the choir, and was an active member of Phi Theta Kappa. After receiving an Associate in Arts and an Associate in Science, she went on to graduate from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a B.A. in Biology in 2006. She was accepted to Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN, in the fall of 2007 after taking a year off to teach Biology, Physics, and Physical Science at Harvey High School. After 3 years of intense study, she graduated summa cum laude from NWHSU in the fall of 2010.
To better serve her patients, Dr. Felchle is currently studying for a Diplomate in Nutrition and frequently attends seminars and conferences. This will allow NFWC to offer expanded nutritional services and help patients dealing with allergies, digestive issues, skin ailments, nutrient deficiencies and other conditions.
Dr. Felchle lives in Harvey, ND, with her husband Steven and their two sons, Michael and Gabriel. She loves being back in the area close to her family and friends. When not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outside, reading, and gardening.
